Shipping Information
Delivery will normally take place within approximatly 7 days from receipt of your order.
You will receive an email confirmation from Linen Land when you finalize your purchase.
Delivery charges vary according to the country of delivery and the weight.
We make every effort to keep costs to a minimum, and only charge a percentage of the cost.

Delivery
Each piece is hancrafted and manufactured on order. When you finalize your order will receive an email informing you about the delay of manufacturing and when your order will be shipped.
Returns
Please ensure that you contact us before returning any goods.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within twenty four (24) hours of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization.
Please do so within 7 days, ensuring that the item returned is in perfect condition and unused for a refund or exchange. Include all returns with the original sales receipt. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used products.
Please keep all packaging and return the goods in the original condition and packaging
Include your name, address, order number, phone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund.
Please Note :
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it registered post.
We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.
